How to fuse optical fibers

1. Simply put, the user puts a heat shrinkable tube on the leather fiber and peels off the external steel wire with a wire stripper;

2. Then peel off the optical fiber coating with Miller pliers, cut it with a cutting knife and put it on an ultrasonic welding machine;

3. The other tail fiber works in the same way.

4. After that, the machine will automatically identify whether the end face is smooth, and weld it automatically after correction (or manually).

5. Carefully take out the welded wire, move the heat shrinkable tube to the joint, heat it with a heating device, and take it out after cooling.
