How are the descendants of martyrs treated?

1. If the martyr has no spouse or parents, the children can receive a pension. Certificates of revolutionary martyrs and one-time pensions should generally be issued to the parents and spouses of martyrs. The specific method is: if you have parents but no spouse, give it to your parents. If there is a spouse without parents, it will be issued to the spouse.

If there are both parents and spouses, the parents and spouses decide who to send them to.

Survivors of martyrs who do not fall within the scope specified in the preceding paragraph shall be given a one-time pension by the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level. Fifteenth regular pension standards are determined with reference to the per capita income level of urban and rural households nationwide.
