Selected Collection of Job Interview Experience [3]
Interview experience 1
Experienced many interviews, both good and bad. I'm not writing this blog post here to impart any interview experience or skills to others. I just wrote down my interview experience and feelings.
1, prepare a self-introduction for the interview. In fact, simply introduce yourself, such as name, age, graduation school, skills, work experience and so on. Don't take it too seriously. In fact, many interviewers were reading resumes at that time.
2. I interviewed several companies before and found that HR in many companies basically didn't communicate with department heads. After reading the resume, HR asked people to interview directly, but did not send it to the heads of various departments to see if it met their own needs. This leads to embarrassment in the interview. I sincerely hope that I will encounter less HR who can only search for keywords and make phone calls in the future. I think this is the most basic respect for the interviewer.
3. If the recruitment information has been published for more than 3 or 4 months, please consider it carefully. Because there are only two situations in which people can't be recruited in three to four months: first, the requirements are very high; Second, you are not in a hurry to recruit, just hang on, recruit if you can, and recruit if you can't. For example, in my previous company, they hung up the recruitment information all the year round, just hanging around and having an interviewer for three or four months. I don't even want to talk. Because there is no hurry at all.
4. If a company tells you that the salary range of this position is between 5000- 10000, then when you are hired, it is basically 5000, sometimes just to attract attention and let more people submit resumes. There is also a kind of "salary is determined according to personal ability", which is the most nonsense. If the interviewer can see your 30% ability in the interview, that's great, but how much can a simple chat interview like ours see?
5. An interview is the same as an exam. Sometimes they are in good shape, sometimes they are in bad shape. Every interviewer often asks him what he thinks, so sometimes he feels good and sometimes he feels bad. As the ancients said, "A swift horse is always there, but Bole is not always there." Don't lose confidence in yourself just because of one or two interviews. Be patient when looking for a job. It's normal to look for a month or two.
Interview experience 2
No matter how good your grades are at school, or how awesome you are as a series of class cadres at school, or whether you are usually unknown and ordinary, living your own love life, the interview is the same starting point. However, people who have experienced different experiences may have different ways of speaking and thinking. In my opinion, the most important thing in an interview is your confidence in yourself at that time. Of course, if you have your unique talent, you will be confident! However, it is also important to choose a position that suits you.
If I want to go to an interview today, I will take a shower first, put on clothes that I think look good, and bring my resume and certificate to the interview. Be sure to be prepared for the interview. Pre-interview preparation, resume, interview location, interview time, dress and appearance.
During the interview, I listed several points for attention:
1. Pay attention to your resume during the interview: In addition to the basic information, you should truthfully write it in the column of self-evaluation, and write your future plans and future plans accordingly. When filling in your resume, be sure to specify the nature of your work and the department you work in. Don't write two unrelated jobs, for example, I filled in the administrative work of sales department and human resources. This is not good. Sales generally need extroverted people who are good at words, while administration tends to be cautious.
Second, you must pay attention to what you say during the interview: First, don't answer irrelevant questions. You can turn around a little to answer some questions. For example: Do you have a boyfriend? What do you think of lovelorn? If you don't really want to answer this question, you can just say that I work without emotion. Actually, this is not good either. Answer his question directly and you won't feel dishonest.
During the interview, the interviewer asked, "Do you have any hobbies?"
1. hobbies can reflect the personality, thoughts and mentality of candidates to a certain extent, which is also the main reason why employers ask this question.
Don't say that you have no hobbies.
Don't say that you have those vulgar and unpleasant hobbies.
4. Don't say that it is limited to reading, listening to music and surfing the Internet, otherwise the interviewer may suspect that the candidate is withdrawn.
Have some outdoor hobbies to "embellish" your image.
Third, when interviewing, you must arrive at your appointed place on time. Once you make an appointment with the employer, you must arrive at the interview site 5- 10 minutes in advance to show the sincerity of the job seeker and give the other party a sense of trust. At the same time, you can adjust your mentality and do some simple equipment preparation to avoid rushing into battle and being in a hurry. In order to do this, we must keep in mind the time and place of the interview, and students with conditions can go ahead of time to avoid being late because they can't find a place or delay on the way. If you are late, you will definitely leave a bad impression on the recruiter and even lose the opportunity for an interview. One more thing, if you encounter an accident, call the corresponding unit immediately. This will not delay other people's working hours.
Fourth, you must smile and relax during the interview, showing that you are the talent that the employer needs. When you are very nervous in an interview, you may put your foot in your mouth. Keep smiling, and let recruiters think that you are kind, approachable, and can quickly integrate into the corporate culture or communicate with colleagues quickly. It also gradually explains your personality and interpersonal communication.
The above is my interview experience. Just sum up my problems after my interview.
Interview experience 3
Let me introduce myself first. I majored in Gome's new media and applied for MAFineart in Chelsea.
Actually, I didn't do much homework before applying, but my mother asked me a lot of offices. The office in Beijing is very enthusiastic, but it seems that they have cooperation with that art alliance, so they have been calling me to ask if I have any intention to go to that preparatory class. Of course I refused. . . My principle is to do more with less money-then the head of the office art alliance has been saying, you know, art is difficult to apply for, and the water is deep-
Then I started studying IELTS in September, and I didn't care. Of course, I have participated in the portfolio counseling in the Shanghai office twice, and both of them were taught by a professor from Lunyi, which was of little practical use. One advantage is that you can meet people who apply with you and then look at everyone's portfolio.
Criticize Lunyi Shanghai office here. Anyway, I think their office is the most low-key in these offices, and they will hardly take the initiative to tell you anything, and it is particularly difficult to find Weibo. But I finally chose Shanghai to apply. Because in fact, I don't need any particularly detailed counseling. The attitude of the Shanghai office is very good. You can answer questions and make an appointment to guide the portfolio, but you need to take the initiative. They also have no related intermediary. I am mainly annoyed by the intermediary.
Then I finished IELTS, only 6, so I didn't submit IELTS when preparing the materials, saying I hadn't taken the exam yet. Because the person in charge of the office said that if you get 5.5 points or something, the professor might stop reading your portfolio and think your English is not good.
Prepare a portfolio. I have to talk about it. I think the professor may pay special attention to the whole context of your work during his college years. To put it bluntly, your own ideas are very clear and must be passed on. So it's a narration. Of course, it also covers the diversity of works. I applied for fineart, so I prepared my usual images and installation works. Including the initial sketch, idea, degree of completion and final product. Later, I went to Shanghai and was asked to prepare some basic paintings. I think that makes sense, too. Although I don't paint now, fineart's horse still cares about these skills. So I sorted out some paintings of the basic department of my freshman year and put them in. Of course, I have a choice. I chose some paintings with comprehensive materials, not only oil paintings, but also ink paintings. I feel that foreigners may like it. After all, Chinese painting in our school is the best in the world. .
So in the end, my portfolio includes several image installations (this is my main direction), one installation, 10 painting, and a comprehensive experimental drama (not traditional drama, but also performance art and installations). Finally, I sat down and made 80 pages of ppt.
Then write a study plan. I think it is also necessary to combine your previous works and research direction. Among the reference books, whether I have read them or not, I have stuffed more than 50 reference books, covering a series of things such as a brief history of art, philosophy, movies and religion. It's written in depth ~ right ~
And that resume, I think the more gorgeous the better, so I wrote all the 40 exhibitions I attended before, large and small, and it turned out to be very useful.
Finally, the interview. Wendy gave me noodles. I made a reservation at 1 1, but I didn't enter until 12. The interview time of the person in front is so long. Everyone spends more than half an hour. I think it's over. What if there are no words for a while? As it turns out, it went well in the end. By the way, I have to mention that I also applied for RCA and goldsmiths, both of which are online applications, so I put a lot of words in the basic ppt to explain. At first, the Shanghai office asked me not to put so many words in ppt, but based on my small-scale peasant thought (these words are all translated by Taobao, although 100 is only 8 yuan, it is also money), I didn't remove it. So ... As a result, Wendy read my portfolio (I suspect she didn't finish it) for 8 minutes and called me in. When I went in, I found that she had written a lot of words on a piece of paper. . I greeted him and sat down. As soon as she looked up, she began to praise me What surprises me most is! He didn't talk to me about many works! I think it's okay to put so many words in ppt. Mainly typesetting, typesetting should be clean! ! There's no need to be so gaudy, really.
He symbolically asked me why you came to Chelsea ~ I said that because I know several of your students who graduated there, I like their things very much ~ He began to smile and say yes, of course, haha, I also graduated there-
Then he pointed to my resume and said, I think it says that one of your works won the gold medal for graduation work. Can you tell me which one it is? So I showed him the 1/3 part of my work (I couldn't fit a page). He took one look and began to praise me for liking your image so much (I didn't understand)
Then he asked me which artist I liked best, and I said one, but she said she didn't know. Then he told me that I didn't know either of them, and I smiled and said yes, yes, that's it. I like it too.
Then he pointed to my resume and said that you participated in so many exhibitions, all of which were your video installations. Oh, I promised ~
Then I got the offer. It's that simple!
Finally, what I want to say is actually true. Before you go in, the professor will look at your portfolio and decide whether to take you or not. So! Be sure to prepare carefully! Then even if your work is scattered, believe me, as long as you make it yourself, there will be a line of your own! Find it! ! For example, you find yourself particularly fond of putting animals in your works. As long as you find that context and go deeper, the elaboration of the portfolio and the study plan are not a problem!
