1. The testing engineer has obtained intermediate or equivalent engineering * technical qualification, has more than 65,438+0 years of testing experience, and the relevant * educational years meet one of the following requirements:

(a) the year of obtaining the doctorate;

(two) engaged in engineering and technical work for more than 3 years after obtaining a master's degree;

(three) to obtain a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree, engaged in engineering and technical work for more than 4 years;

(four) after graduating from university, engaged in engineering and technical work for more than 5 years;

(five) after graduating from college, engaged in engineering and technical work for more than 7 years;

(six) to obtain a bachelor's degree after work, and to engage in engineering and technical work for more than 6 years;

(seven) to participate in the work after obtaining a college degree, and to engage in engineering and technical work for more than 8 years;

(8) Engaged in engineering and technical work 12 years or more after graduating from technical secondary school in related major.

2. Exemption from examination: Those who hold the certificate of test and testing engineer issued on or before 20 14 and meet the registration requirements can take the professional qualification examination of test and testing engineer of road and waterway engineering, and can be exempted from the subject of Public Foundation. Those who are exempt from the examination of "Public Foundation" must pass the professional subjects within 1 examination year before they can obtain the corresponding vocational qualification certificate.

The registration time of test engineers is between March and May every year. The examination subjects of highway engineering and waterway engineering inspection engineers are divided into public basic subjects and professional subjects, and inspection engineers only set professional subjects.

Third, the test engineer registration method:

1. This exam is registered online. The applicant logs on the website of the Quality Supervision Station of the Ministry of Communications, logs on his application information truly and accurately, and prints the registration form.

After the registration form is audited and sealed by the unit or personnel file management department, bring the registration form, ID card, professional title certificate, original diploma and 1 copies of all documents to the quality supervision station for data review within the specified time; Candidates who have already registered need to log in with their registered ID number and password and re-modify the subjects they apply for; Candidates who have passed some subjects can apply for the remaining subjects, and they need to go to the quality supervision station for review after revision.
