Jingbo Petrochemical Loading Process

Loading process: one car and one bill: the loading bill of lading is generated by the upper computer system in the billing room and sent to the batch excavator. The drawer prints the bill of lading and gives it to the loading driver. The bill of lading contains at least the following information: bill of lading number, quantity to be delivered (volume) and cargo position number. One car with multiple orders: considering the loading in different warehouses, one car with multiple orders is adopted. Each warehouse corresponds to a bill of lading number, a quantity to be delivered and a location number. When weighing and settling accounts, bills of lading can be combined for settlement.

The driver takes the bill of lading to the weighbridge room, and the weighbridge checks the car number to save the weight of this wagon. If it is correct, it can be released to the loading platform.

First, the on-site operator confirms whether the loading position is correct according to the bill of lading, and then carries out safety inspection before loading, including electrostatic grounding, normal oil leakage, and whether the hanging pipe is in place. If it is normal, enter the bill of lading number on the batch excavator. If it is correct, the quantity to be shipped will be displayed. If it is consistent with the quantity to be shipped on the bill of lading, the delivery of oil can be confirmed. For warehouse loading, after warehouse loading, enter the new bill of lading number of the next warehouse, verify the quantity to be shipped, and then load the next warehouse without error. The upper computer in the billing room will automatically save the transaction data into the database system after receiving the delivery end signal of the corresponding cabin. At the same time, because the weighing room and the billing room use a shared database, the transaction data can be queried in both the excavation room and the weighing room.

At the time of settlement, the weighbridge member inquires the transaction data to 1 according to the number of the loaded bill of lading and displays it. If you need to enter the B/L number twice for loading in different warehouses, you can choose to combine the B/L for settlement, and then take the weighbridge data as the gross weight of a car, and the system will automatically calculate the net weight of this loading. Because the goods are shipped by volume, it is necessary to input density conversion before comparing with the weighbridge data, because the density is not real-time, so the accuracy is not high. After the settlement is completed, the system prints the outbound order, goes out to the doorman to get the outbound order, and leaves the factory after loading.
