Airlines serve customers, and flight attendants are the "face" that showcases the company's advantages. Some people say: "This is a career for youth." Their words reveal that they will change careers at any time. But no matter how many years you have been working in this industry, you still spend your own time. If you are just dawdling, then you will not draw useful accumulation from this industry, and you will fail. How to adjust your mental outlook and prevent yourself from making irreparable mistakes when you are young? I will give you some suggestions based on my own experience.

Be passionate about your work

Some people say that people who work are always young and happy. Around us, many people who love their work and conscientiously improve the details of their work are really young and happy. So should we say this: People who are passionate about their work will always be young and happy!

Don’t underestimate yourself

Why can’t you find a sense of accomplishment at work? This is different from the outside world’s view of flight attendants. The one-sided evaluation of Yixin has something to do with it. Everyone should realize that the emotion of being afraid of flying is often caused by lack of self-confidence. When a person lacks confidence, despises himself, and thinks that he is inferior to others, he will obviously be very passive in his work.

A senior flight attendant next to me will turn 50 this year. The actual work she completed during the flight was no less than that of the young flight attendants. When delivering water, her gentle expression was unforgettable to those who saw it; she bent down to pick up the toothpicks on the carpet, gently sorted out the slippery newspapers and returned them to the passengers, her expression was so young. She once said: "Your quality is displayed in everything you do, and your value is also reflected." Being passionate about your work does not depend on the dignity of the work itself. Doing the same thing, some people think it is meaningless, and some people think it is meaningful. There is a huge difference. Life is not long. No matter what the reason is for you to join the flight attendant profession, if you devote 100% of your enthusiasm to your work, the joy of work will find you on its own initiative and make you young and happy. As long as you build up your own self-confidence and continue to build self-confidence through excellent performance, you will find that you can do so well. Don't give in to the pressure of a bad environment. The stewardess profession will usher in a new era due to our joint efforts. Believe in yourself, and believe that many people who think like you are supporting you with actions!

Maintain your professional image

Have you ever noticed a look in your eyes among passengers? , the way you look at your shoes when speaking, the way you shrug your shoulders, or an unnatural smile, an unenthusiastic delivery, or even inappropriate dressing, you are unknowingly sending negative signals to the passengers around you. . Maybe you haven’t realized it yet, but all of this will form our “silent language”—your “professional image.”

There is a proverb in India, the ancient civilized country: Sow behavior and you will reap habits; sow habits and you will reap character; sow character and you will reap destiny. For flight attendants, bad behavior leads to a poor professional image. A bad professional image cannot be respected by passengers, so they will eventually be ignored by passengers. Some flight attendants will say: "The environment is not good, like a big dye vat." We can't choose our destiny, but our destiny is not fixed. We can't choose our origin, and we can't change the environment. But have you noticed, thoughts, we can control our thoughts and make them change. Milu, the former coach of the Chinese football team, said: "Attitude determines everything." Your attitude is determined by your thoughts. Flight attendants who are passionate about their profession will have their talents fully demonstrated in their work; if they show sincere care and help to passengers, passengers will repay them with more support.

The quality of a career lies in our attitude towards it, not in itself.

The major I am studying now is art design (flight attendant direction), mainly for flight attendants. A flight attendant refers to a person who serves passengers on an airline aircraft, also called an "aviation attendant." There are male flight attendants and female flight attendants; flight attendants refer to unmarried female flight attendants, and married female flight attendants are called stewardesses. Flight attendants (flight attendants) are usually divided into three types:

1. Full-time flight attendants, whose shoulder straps usually have one stripe;

2. Flight attendants who work part-time as safety officers, whose shoulder straps usually have two stripes ;

3. For full-time air safety officers, the epaulettes usually have two stripes.

China is considered to be the country with the fastest development and the greatest development potential in the civil aviation industry. In the next 20 years, China will need 2,400 new aircraft to develop from a major civil aviation country to a powerful civil aviation country, becoming the world's second largest aviation market. Airports Council International also stated that China has become the country with the fastest growing number of airports in the world. As the Civil Aviation Administration of China gradually relaxed its policy on foreign airlines opening routes to China this year, many foreign airlines opened routes to China, and the demand for Chinese flight attendant talents continued to increase. At the same time, due to the natural attrition of a considerable number of flight attendants every year, a large number of professional talents are needed to quickly replace them. These factors have made the demand for civil aviation professionals show an upward trend.

Before new flight attendants take up their posts, they generally go through four training stages. The first is the military training stage: strict training according to the requirements of military personnel, training of hard-working spirit, cultivating a good style and life order, and laying a solid foundation for becoming a qualified flight attendant. The second is the theoretical learning stage, which lasts about one month. Mainly study English, aviation theory and aviation technology knowledge, aviation meteorology, physical fitness, aerobics, etc. The third is the practical operation stage (professional training), which lasts for one and a half months. It mainly provides cabin services, teaching on various aircraft types, emergency treatment, etc. The fourth is ideological and political education, which mainly carries out current affairs and political education. Flight attendants have limited space for movement on the aircraft, and the service is repetitive and monotonous. Domestic routes take off and land repeatedly, and international routes have a heavy workload and long hours. You may have heard about the poor quality of some passengers, so flight attendants are required to have a certain amount of patience and mental endurance.

The career of a flight attendant can be divided into four stages: ordinary class flight attendant, two-class flight attendant, regional flight attendant, and chief flight attendant. General trainees can serve as ordinary cabin flight attendants after completing corresponding business training. As the number of flight hours increases and personal qualifications improve, and through corresponding assessments, you can be promoted to a second-class/first-class flight attendant. After the first-class flight attendants' assessment period expires, they can serve as regional flight attendants. Regional flight attendants with excellent performance can serve as chief flight attendants after rigorous evaluation by the evaluation committee, and can independently lead flights to carry out special missions for international flights.

There is still a big gap between the goal and the target. English has not yet met the requirements, and the overall quality needs to be strengthened. The knowledge is still too narrow. I know too little about current affairs news or social phenomena, and my social skills are also poor. Needs to be improved.

1． While in school

(5) Continuously participate in recruitment interviews with various airlines

2． Five years after graduating from college

(1) Find a stable job with a certain financial income and a certain challenge. It is best to be able to realize your dream of being a flight attendant

(2) In Continuously learn at work, master skills, improve family economic conditions, and have a certain degree of financial independence

In order to effectively implement the action plan, I will ask teachers and classmates to provide guidance and supervision, and conduct regular self-assessments. Aviation work is a service job that requires a high sense of service and a good service attitude. These are my strengths, so I believe I can achieve my goals and realize my dreams.

I have formulated my own career plan at this stage, but due to the limitations of my current thinking, which is not very mature, I may have certain problems in my career choice, career route, and life goals in the future. To make changes, I must constantly sum up experiences and lessons in my future work and study, so that I can become more mature and lay the foundation for my planning and design to be closer to reality.
