Talent introduction and training plan of Hegong University Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Research Institute

A talent recruitment plan has been formulated. Academician Lu Bingheng serves as the honorary president of the Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute and will carry out in-depth cooperation with the institute. Chemical Machinery Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology, New Energy Vehicle Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology, Flexible Coordinate Measuring Instruments and Intelligent Sensing Research Institute, 3D Printing and Laser Remanufacturing Advanced Technology Research Center of Hefei University of Technology, Automotive Equipment Engineering Technology Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology, etc. Six research directions and teams have been stationed in the High-tech Zone. The institute plans to select 100-200 graduate students from the 2015 graduate students with professional degrees in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering, integrated circuit engineering, control engineering, computer technology, software engineering, vehicle engineering, and industrial engineering. We will prepare a recruitment plan for 300 researchers to settle in the institute in 2016, and carry out joint training of the institute with a dual mentorship system between the institute and the enterprise.

In terms of talent introduction and education, by 2017, we will introduce and train 20 high-level innovation and entrepreneurial teams, introduce 100 high-end talents at home and abroad, and train 600 masters and doctoral students in urgent need of the industry every year.

By 2020, we will cultivate more than 1,000 masters and doctoral students in urgent need of the industry; we will flexibly introduce more than 200 high-end talents at home and abroad.
