Is the quality of 99 Star electric vehicle good?

I have seen the worst quality electric cars, none of them. The frame broke down once for no reason, and it often broke down for months after sale. When I first bought it, the paint was marked with a pen, and the four wheels of the new car were not positioned correctly and there were deviations. The price of the whole vehicle and accessories is comparable to that of well-known cars, and the quality is speechless.
