How about Boxing’s Xiangchi Group? Living conditions and wages?

On March 24-25, 2007, at the inaugural meeting of the China Soybean Industry Association held in Beijing, Shandong Xiangchi Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. was elected as the first governing unit of the association.

·In December 2006, the "non-spray granulating high-functional soybean protein isolate" project organized by Xiangchi Group successfully obtained the approval of the National Key New Product Plan project.

·On July 8, 2006, Shandong Xiangchi Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. was commended by the provincial government and the Department of Land and Resources as the only "advanced enterprise in the province's conservation and intensive land use" in Binzhou City.

·On June 20, 2006, Xiangchi Group's "10,000 tons/year high-function special soybean protein isolate" project successfully obtained the national Torch Plan project approval.
