(2) Trial teaching and interview: the specific time and place will be notified separately. The trial teaching duration is 20 minutes (including 15 minutes of lectures and 5 minutes of defense); The interview lasts 8 minutes.
Professional teachers mainly examine the teaching ability, level, professional knowledge and skills of candidates; The interview of students' ideological and political counselors adopts a structured interview method, which mainly examines the candidates' political and ideological level, comprehensive analysis and problem-solving ability, language expression ability, appearance temperament and so on.
(5) Physical examination
According to the ratio of recruitment plan to physical examination object 1: 1, the physical examination object is determined according to the ranking order of comprehensive scores from high to low. If the comprehensive scores are the same, the professional teachers will be ranked according to the trial teaching results, and the counselors will be ranked according to the interview results. The list of medical examiners will be published on relevant websites.
Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education's "Qualification Certificate for Teachers in Colleges and Universities", and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Those who don't take part in the physical examination or fail to pass the physical examination will be replenished from high to low according to the comprehensive score of the examination, and the number of replenishment is 1 time. If the actual number of post trial teaching cannot form effective competition, the score of post trial teaching shall not be less than 80 points, and if it is less than 80 points, it shall not be determined as a short-listed medical examiner.
(6) Inspection and publicity
Those who pass the physical examination are identified as the objects of investigation and publicized on relevant websites. The recruitment leading group office is responsible for organizing inspection, mainly including the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline. Those who fail to pass the inspection or voluntarily give up (a written statement signed by themselves must be submitted) will be disqualified. Those who pass the written test, trial teaching or interview, physical examination and organization inspection are determined to be candidates, and will be publicized on relevant websites for 7 working days.
During the publicity period, if serious problems affect the employment, the employment qualification will be cancelled. If it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after verification and conclusion. (7) Employment
