The employing unit shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium according to the proportion of the total wages of its employees stipulated by the state, and record it in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund. According to the Interim Measures for the Retirement and Resignation of Workers and the Interim Measures for the Resettlement of Old, Weak, Sick and Disabled Cadres (Guo Fa [1978] 104) issued by the State Council in June 65438, you can apply for retirement under any of the following circumstances:
