The Human Resources Management Professional Qualification Certificate was launched by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in 2002. In August 2003, the first unified examination for human resources engineers and assistant human resources engineers was held.

Human resources professional qualifications are divided into 4 levels. They are: human resources administrator (level 4), assistant human resources manager (level 3), human resources manager (level 2), and senior human resources manager (level 1). This certificate is issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. It is valid nationwide and is valid for life. The certificate number is unique and can be checked online.

Currently, the training provided by our center is Assistant Human Resources Manager (Level 3) and Human Resources Manager (Level 2). The Senior Human Resources Manager (Level 1) is currently only piloted nationwide. There is no unified examination.

Training introduction:

Training time: 9:00-17:00 One day of class every weekend. The class period is determined according to the enrollment brochure.

Training content:

Theoretical knowledge part: labor law, labor economics, statistics, writing knowledge, computer knowledge, professional ethics.

About the exam:

Exam time: National Unified Examination, They are in May and November each year. On the general examination day: 8:30-10:00 am for basic knowledge test; 10:30-12:30 am for skill operation test. Level 2 thesis defense time: 13:00-13:30.

Examination format: The written examination is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and skill operation.

The theoretical knowledge examination format is 125 multiple-choice questions (including professional ethics knowledge); the skills operation examination format is 6-8 question questions, including simulations, cases, scenario analysis, and calculations; Human Resources Engineer ( Level 2) also requires a thesis defense. The form and format will be informed one month before the exam. It is usually about 3,000 words, 1 in 5 copies, and you will prepare your own questions. You must submit the paper one week before the exam and participate in the thesis defense (written exam) one month after the exam. ). Thesis defense topics are 3 questions proposed by the expert group based on the content of the students' own papers, and the students will answer them in writing. Under normal circumstances, students can successfully pass their thesis defense.

Training price:

Level 2: 1980 yuan (including 11 days of face-to-face teaching, 6 days of practical training, and online courses) / 1460 (8 days of face-to-face teaching) / 850 yuan for online teaching

Level 3: 1,350 yuan for face-to-face teaching (including 11 days of face-to-face teaching, 6 days of practical training, and online classes)/960 (8 days of face-to-face teaching)/650 yuan for online teaching.
