I couldn’t stand the interview experience at Intel!

My interview experience at Intel was terrible!

Suddenly one night it was past 12 o'clock, and I received a call from Intel telling me the time and place for the written test. I was excited all night, thinking about it, I didn't even know when I submitted my resume. It should be an online investment.

Then there is waiting, collecting information online, and then participating in various other job fairs. The scheduled date is 1.45 pm on November 1st.

There happened to be a job fair in Zhongguancun, University of Technology on the morning of November 1st. I rushed there in the morning and it started at 9 o'clock. I was about to submit my resume. , Intel suddenly called and said that the written test would be changed to an interview. The time had been advanced, and then the time and place were determined. Jean will arrive immediately and won't be here in the afternoon. . .

I didn’t have time to prepare. Fortunately, I was at the University of Technology. It would have taken an hour otherwise, so I hurried over.

When I arrived at the interview, there were not many people outside. Maybe it was because I arrived quickly. They told me that it would be my turn to be interviewed next. Calm down quickly.

When it was my turn, I went to see three examiners, two Chinese, one male and one female, and one female foreigner. After greeting each other, they quickly submitted their resumes in Chinese and English.

The first one was introducing myself!

Then it was talk about my major skill project experience and so on

I kept talking, and then I realized that my Spoken English is so poor. I haven’t learned much English since passing the sixth level of my undergraduate degree. I have forgotten all the words on my lips. Many times I just spoke a few Chinese words when I couldn’t type them on the table. That male examiner Very good. Whenever I encounter a word I don’t know, he will remind me.

Then ask me about my hometown myfamily’s impression of Dalian. This is easy to say, so let’s talk about it briefly.

Then it became more difficult. The foreigner asked a question. I counted how many windows there are in Harbin. I was well prepared for this. The answers in Chinese were written to know: count the population, count the houses, and count the windows. I said in the middle that I would know the exact population by consulting the government. Then the foreigner said that I must rely on I myself cannot rely on the help of government departments. If I had known this, I would have said that it is probably a population of 6 million. well.

Then I tried my best to express what I meant, but it was very difficult because I couldn’t express many of my meanings. I tried to speak a few sentences in Chinese, and the male examiner immediately told me please speak in english! ! , I had no choice but to bite the bullet and continue to come to my poor English show,

I finally finished speaking, and I didn’t know how to end it. Then the foreigner talked about my English and said that my spoken English was not very good. What is the reason?

Of course I just talked about environment and the like, and there are not many opportunities to use it.

Then the foreigner asked if there was any plan to correct my spoken English

I just talked about some measures and so on, but the answer was not very good.

Finally, they asked me if I had any other questions.

God knows what I was thinking at the time. , answered NO. In fact, I don’t know how many questions there are!! I have read many interviews and know that the most important question to ask about is career development after the position you are applying for. Alas, I regret it so much. I think the final answer was the least ideal. . . .

Then it’s goodbye. I’m waiting for the news. I guess it’s useless!!

This is Intel’s interview. It’s so miserable. I have to practice my speaking skills in the future!!
