What does CC English teaching assistant do?

Job responsibilities:

Assist foreign teachers to do their teaching work and prepare lesson plans and teaching aids.

According to the teaching plan and teaching tasks, complete the layout and maintenance of the classroom environment.

Responsible for welcoming children into class.

Responsible for helping foreign teachers maintain classroom order (no Chinese can be spoken in class).

Chinese cannot be used when distributing snacks or fruits to children during recess.

Communicate students’ learning status in a timely and effective manner with students’ parents.

As a life teacher, I provide comments on children’s performance throughout the day, assist teachers in grading, and assist foreign teachers in handing over children to parents after school.

Summarize students’ learning status and psychology, and do a good job in curriculum development and teaching analysis.

Provide personalized tutoring based on students’ situations.

Assist the Consulting Department in curriculum consultation work so that parents have a full understanding of the school and curriculum.

Compile and classify relevant information and submit it.

Cooperate with the training center in recruiting students.
