Job Recruitment Website - Job information - Does the Internet finance industry have a future?
Does the Internet finance industry have a future?
The whole Internet industry is based on the development of computer technology, so the demand for technical talents in this industry accounts for about 45%. But now the imitation of internet products is very serious, and new products often have many competitors soon after they are launched. In addition, the technology in Internet products can't become its barrier. Then, in addition to the excellent product itself, the role of market and operation is very critical, which can be said to determine the future and destiny of the product. Therefore, as can be seen from the following figure, the Internet industry has a great demand for talents in market and operation. Judging from the first three categories of jobs, the demand for R&D engineers, salespeople and operation specialists in the Internet industry accounts for more than half of their respective categories.
Internet is the hardest/easiest job to recruit.
I measure the difficulty of each position according to the average number of days from opening to closing. As can be seen from the figure below, it takes an average of 54.4 days for an Internet company to recruit a marketer, which is the most difficult position on the Internet. Among the top five most difficult positions, two belong to marketing and sales, which should be positively related to the huge demand for marketing and sales personnel for the establishment of a large number of to C projects on the Internet. At the same time, the relatively low starting salary of Internet marketing positions has also become a restrictive factor in the recruitment difficulty of such positions.
We can see that four of the five most easily recruited jobs on the Internet belong to the functional category, which shows that there is little demand for such jobs on the Internet. We found that programmer encourager is the easiest job to recruit on the Internet. On the one hand, there is little demand for this position from companies in the industry at present. On the other hand, because of its interesting job responsibilities, it attracts many young women to apply.
3. The five most popular occupations on the Internet
I define the popularity of a profession = average monthly salary * number of posts published/number of posts recruited. According to this formula, we counted five popular Internet occupations. As you can see, the technical post occupation occupies four seats. Architects have become the most sought-after occupation because of their high requirements for technical ability, and product managers are also one of the five hot occupations, which is undoubtedly good news for those friends who do not need to be particularly proficient in technology but want to develop in the Internet industry.
4. Five Surplus Jobs on the Internet
Like the calculation formula of sought-after occupations, I counted the five occupations with the lowest scores. We can see that these occupations belong to the functional category. Because many Internet companies are in the initial stage, they often don't pay attention to financial business, either outsourcing to financial companies or working part-time, so cashier has become the most redundant occupation in the Internet industry.
5. Internet working years and corresponding annual salary.
As can be seen from the figure below, in the first five years, the annual salary of technical and product jobs was a high group in the Internet industry. After working for five years, the annual salary of operating positions has increased substantially, even exceeding that of those who make products in the later stage. The salary of functional department staff is relatively low, with working years above 10, and the salary is at the same level as that of personnel in marketing and design-related positions.
6. Development of Internet companies in cities
I chose five cities with the most concentrated Internet companies. It can be seen that Shanghai has the largest proportion of non-angel companies and the highest proportion of listed companies, indicating that the development of startup companies in Shanghai is not bad, and friends who are ready to start a business can consider taking Shanghai as a starting point.
7, Internet segmentation industry statistics
According to the sub-sectors of Internet companies, I made statistics on the daily average number of jobs, the average monthly salary and the average company size of Internet companies in various industries. As you can see, companies in the mobile Internet, search, big data and game industries are developing well, and their salaries and benefits are also in the forefront of the industry.
