General rules for public recruitment of primary school teachers in Hezhang County, Guizhou Province in 29

The special rules are as follows:

1. Recruitment targets, conditions and positions

(1) Recruitment targets

1. Unemployed normal graduates with general secondary school education or above who graduated from the county before August 28;

2. Unemployed graduates of non-normal colleges and universities who graduated before August 28 and hold teacher qualification certificates;

3. The personnel of "One Village, One College Student Project", "Three Supports and One Support" plan students and "Western Volunteers" who are registered in colleges and universities in other counties, hold teacher qualification certificates (these three types of personnel are entitled to bonus points according to document No.149 [28] issued by Bibi Rentong).

(2) Recruitment conditions

3. Have a hard-working spirit and obey organizational arrangements;

4. Normal facial features, good health, clear speech and no obvious physical defects;

5. Under the age of 35 (born after February 1, 1974);

6. The following personnel are not allowed to participate in the recruitment:

(1) those who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed or expelled from public office;

(2) those who violate the family planning policy (all those who originally met the rural family planning policy will be treated as the family planning policy of the government);

II. Registration

(1) Registration is the responsibility of Hezhang County Recruitment Leading Group Office.

(4) Candidates are required to provide the following materials when registering:

1. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and registration card (the original will be returned to me after examination);

2. Original and photocopy of household registration certificate and valid ID card;

3. Two recent one-inch bareheaded color photos with the same background;

4. Original and photocopy of teacher qualification certificate (or qualified certificate of educational psychology, pedagogy and Putonghua);

5. Married persons are required to provide the family planning certificate of the county family planning bureau;

6. Proof of the storage location of graduates' files;

7. The personnel of "One Village, One College Student Project", the students of the "Three Supports and One Support" program and the "Western Volunteers" are required to produce the Approval Form for the "One Village, One College Student Project" and other personnel to apply for extra points in institutions in Bijie.

this recruitment is based on the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of planned recruits of 2: 1. If the ratio cannot be met, the position plan will be adjusted.

III. Written examination

The written examination is a closed-book examination, and the Hezhang County Recruitment Leading Group will organize the proposition, test paper making and marking.

the written test score is 1 points, and finally 6% is included in the total score. The content is junior high school knowledge (4%) and senior high school knowledge (6%); No bibliography is specified for all subjects.

Candidates must have a valid ID card and an Admission Ticket to enter the examination room.

IV. Interview

After the written test, the county recruitment leading group will determine the interviewers in a ratio of 2: 1 according to the positions to be opened and the written test scores of candidates from high to low; If a position is tied for the written test scores of the last candidate of the interviewer, the person with tied scores will also participate in the interview. The interview is organized by the departments of organization, personnel, education and supervision.

V. Physical examination

After the interview, the county recruitment leading group will determine the participants in the physical examination at a ratio of 1: 1 according to the position of the examination, and the total scores of the written examination and interview will be replenished in turn from high to low. The physical examination standard is implemented according to the physical examination standard recognized by the teacher qualification, and the physical examination time is shown in the interview results.

VI. Examination

Those who pass the physical examination enter the examination procedure.

The main content of the assessment is the actual performance of candidates and graduates' files.

If one of the following circumstances is found in the assessment, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled after examination and approval by the county recruitment leading group:

1. Failing to adhere to the Party's basic line and keeping consistent with the Party Central Committee on major political issues;

2. Having a criminal record or serious violation of law and discipline, or being identified as a criminal suspect by judicial organs;

3. Political, economic and other problems;

4. Providing false materials to obtain the qualification for the examination;

5. organizational discipline is lax;

6. Failing to meet the qualification requirements for the position to be applied for.

if the number of qualified candidates can't reach the number of positions to be recruited, the interviewers of this position will take part in the physical examination and assessment in turn according to the total score from high to low.

VII. Employment

Those who pass the written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment are determined to be employed. The list of employed personnel shall be publicized by the county recruitment leading group in Hezhang County Education Bureau and Hezhang County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau for 7 days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, it will be employed. The employee has a probation period of one year. If the employee fails to pass the examination at the end of the probation period, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the signed contract will be terminated naturally.

VIII. Discipline

The recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and the "three openness" system of open application conditions, open examination procedures and open examination results is adhered to.
