What is the employment prospect of administrative management major?

As a student majoring in administration, I would like to briefly talk about my views on this issue.

The knowledge involved in administrative discipline is very rich, including management, sociology and other disciplines, so the talents trained by its majors are relatively universal. Because of the rich learning content, the employment prospects of administrative management graduates are also better. Employment destinations are divided into the following categories:

(1) government departments

Many students majoring in administration will choose to take the civil service exam after graduation and become a staff member of government departments. This is also relative to the profession. Working in government departments can give full play to professional advantages. Students majoring in administration have become an important source of talents for government agencies.

(2) Enterprises

Because administrative management majors will learn the knowledge of human resource management, some graduates will choose to go to the enterprise department to engage in human resource management, and they can also give full play to their advantages in human positions. You can also engage in relevant administrative work in enterprises.

(3) Non-profit organizations

At this stage, non-profit organizations have made some progress and played a role in society. For example, some environmental protection organizations play an important supervisory role in protecting the ecological environment. The major of administration has trained students' talents in management, so some graduates will choose to engage in management in non-profit organizations.

(4) Colleges and universities

Some students majoring in administration who have finished their master's degree choose to stay in colleges and universities to continue their academic research.
