Epidemic prevention requirements of Haikou port entering and leaving the island

1. Leave this island

(1) Passengers on outlying islands need to scan the port location code (green), their travel cards are normal, and their body temperature (not exceeding 37.3 degrees);

(2) travel itinerary shows that people with a history of residence in Sanya, Wanning, Qionghai, Danzhou, Lingshui and Haikou can only cross the sea with 1 negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours;

(3) From 6: 00 on March 20th, on the basis of implementing the original epidemic prevention and control measures, anyone who has lived in the province where the epidemic area is located within 14 days can only cross the sea with a negative certificate of 1 nucleic acid test within 48 hours of amputation.

(4) According to the notice of Beihai Transportation Bureau, passengers entering Guangxi from Hainan Island must have a negative result of 1 within 48 hours before boarding the ship. Passengers who have no negative results in nucleic acid detection within 48 hours will not enter the station at Beihai Port Passenger Station and will be returned by the original ship.

Enter the island

(1) According to the requirements of Hainan provincial epidemic prevention and control headquarters, people coming to Qionglai and returning to Qionglai in low-risk areas should enter the island with 1 nucleic acid negative certificate within 48 hours, and people coming to Qionglai and returning to Qionglai in epidemic areas should enter the island with 2 nucleic acid negative certificates within 48 hours, with an interval of not less than 24 hours, and take the initiative to implement community reporting and self-health monitoring 14 days.

(2) Persons who have lived in high-risk areas within 14 days shall be quarantined at the entry port for 14 days, and samples shall be taken on 1 day and 13 days respectively for free nucleic acid detection. After the expiration of isolation, they were monitored at home for 7 days, and 1 time free nucleic acid detection was performed on the 7th day.

(III) Personnel control standards in key epidemic areas: individual passengers, drivers and vehicle attendants are transported from the port to Xinhai shelter (xiuying port) for separate nucleic acid sampling and observation, and then sent to the hotel for centralized isolation observation for 7 days (at their own expense), and nucleic acid detection is conducted once a day during the isolation period. On the 7th day, after the centralized isolation was lifted, the social management group of the contact area headquarters of Liuguan Hotel assigned the health code as yellow code, and returned it within 12 days with the notice of lifting the isolation, and carried out nucleic acid detection on the 9th day,1day and 14 days respectively. If the specified frequency of nucleic acid detection is completed and all the results are negative, it will change from now on.
