? The training methods of professional debugging technicians are as follows:

Carry out the principle of "fairness, justice, openness and transparency" in talent selection, recruit new graduates of mechanical engineering in higher vocational colleges, organize and formulate the training plan for students of Spring Machinery, and employ master tuners with more than 20 years' experience as trainers to conduct training from both theoretical and practical aspects. At the same time, PK activities are organized regularly according to the students' training files, and the training scheme is summarized and improved through PK results to promote the construction of talent echelon of tuning technicians.

? On the basis of the smooth development of students' skills training, the "Incentive Standard for Students' Training" was formulated. The promotion channels of students are divided into five levels: primary dispatcher (students), four-level dispatcher, three-level dispatcher, two-level dispatcher and one-level dispatcher, so as to clarify the corresponding salaries and responsibilities of dispatchers at all levels. According to "Staff Skills Evaluation Standard", this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the dispatchers who apply for the grade examination from six aspects: operation efficiency, operation sequence, equipment inspection, maintenance awareness, quality awareness and work attitude. The acceptance and appraisal of grade evaluation shall be jointly undertaken by the production department, the quality technology department and the enterprise management department. From pre-planning, preparation of test tools, site layout to process control, strict, rigorous deployment has been carried out, providing a platform for every student participating in the evaluation to fully display their talents.
