1. Recruitment of auxiliary service personnel

When professional and technical personnel are hired for the first time, the salary level and grade will be determined based on the nature of the position. Promotion method: Professional and technical personnel will be promoted to a salary grade within the first hiring level. Those who pass the assessment during the three consecutive years of employment can be promoted to a salary grade.
