Comparison between Wuhan Municipal Library and Hubei Provincial Library.

There is no doubt that the Hubei Provincial Library has a much larger book collection than the Wuhan Municipal Library.

Hubei Provincial Library also ranks among the top ten in terms of collection volume among provincial libraries in the country.

As for the borrowing environment, it’s hard to say. The Wuhan Library is newly built (compared to the Hubei Provincial Library), and the reading room and self-study room conditions are naturally better than those in Hubei. The Provincial Library is better, but if you don’t care about reading books in the library for self-study, the Hubei Provincial Library is also a good choice, and the difference is not big.
