Do you think education can represent ability?

Education does not mean ability. Education only proves that you have learned the basic knowledge of a certain professional field, which represents the previous learning situation. Ability represents the future contribution, including not only the professional basic knowledge in the field, but also the emotional intelligence of dealing with people, the perseverance in facing difficulties, the wisdom of foreseeing the future, the vision of knowing people, the courage of leading the team, the belief of keeping promises and so on. Education is only a small part of the scope of ability, and it does not represent ability. However, in the workplace, it takes time and concrete practice to prove the ability to withdraw cash. Therefore, from the beginning, the education level was taken as the threshold height, which also missed many really outstanding talents and paid the wrong price of typical education.
