Full-time fresh graduates from foreign universities must obtain the academic degree certificate required for applying for the post and the academic degree certification issued by the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the overseas study service center of the Ministry of Education authorized by the Ministry of Education on or before August 3, 2020, and can apply for the post of ordinary university graduates with the same academic degree level. Whether its major meets the recruitment requirements shall be determined by the competent department of the recruiting unit. Other candidates' academic degree certificates must be obtained on or before June 28, 2020.

The teacher qualification certificate required by the recruitment position must be obtained by the applicant on or before June 28, 2020. Holding the certificate of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education within the validity period can be temporarily regarded as obtaining the teacher qualification certificate.

According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other seven departments on the phased measures of "taking posts first and then conducting research" for some professional qualifications in response to the COVID-19 epidemic (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2020] No.24), a vacancy tolerance mechanism for registration was established. College graduates who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate required by the recruitment position can register for the examination first after the applicants themselves promise to obtain the teacher qualification certificate that meets the post requirements (see Annex 6 for the commitment letter). If the applicant fails to obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within one year after employment, the employing unit shall terminate the employment contract according to law.
