During the planning of Yucha Expressway, a story widely circulated in Youxian County is that in order to get through the urban skeleton, the decision-making level and relevant functional departments of Youxian County made dozens of trips to the province, and finally the route of Yucha Expressway was adjusted from the left side of National Highway 106 to the right side.

The adjustment of this route is of great significance to the energy and tourism development in the eastern part of Youxian County. Of course, it also laid the foundation for the construction of 10 square kilometers in the Dongcheng New District of Youxian County.

Taking this opportunity, Youxian vigorously promoted the expansion and upgrading of the city-Dongcheng New District jumped from a drawing to a roaring construction site, and the infrastructure such as Yingbin Avenue, Youshui Bridge, Youxian Development Center and Youshui Avenue was vigorously promoted.
