Construction engineer secondary registration conditions

The requirements for the second-level registration of builders are as follows:

Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the qualification examination of the second-level constructor: those who have obtained technical secondary school education or above in engineering or engineering economics and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for two years may apply to take the three-subject examination of the second-level constructor.

Exempted subjects:

1 has obtained the qualification certificate of the second-level project manager, and has the technical title above the intermediate level, and has been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, so the examination of Construction Management of Construction Projects can be exempted.

2. Obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have intermediate or above technical titles; Or obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, you can be exempted from the exams of Construction Management of Construction Projects and Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge.

3. Those who have obtained the qualification of professional second-level constructor can choose professional engineering management and practical subjects for another test according to the actual needs of their work. After passing the examination, the corresponding vocational qualification certificate will be issued. This certificate serves as the basis for adding professional practice categories when registering.

Matters needing attention in the construction engineer's second-level examination:

First, check the valid ID.

Before the exam, you should carefully check the validity of your ID card to make sure it is valid. If the ID card expires, candidates need to take the exam in temporary id card. At the same time, the admission ticket is also one of the documents that must be carried.

Second, carry designated stationery.

Candidates can only bring black ink pens, 2B pencils, erasers and calculators with silent text editing function. It is forbidden to use other electronic communication equipment, such as mobile phones, smart watches, palmtop computers and portable notebook computers. Draft paper can be used in the blank of the test paper and needs to be taken back after the exam.

Third, pay attention to the examination time.

You are not allowed to enter the examination room after 5 minutes. Please arrive at the examination room in advance. After the exam, you can't leave your seat and wait for the invigilator to collect the test paper.

Fourth, observe the discipline.

During the examination, candidates should abide by the discipline of the examination room and must not whisper, copy or cheat. If you are caught cheating, you will be disqualified from the exam.
