If you use a review book, there is not much difference between the old and new versions. Unless there is a new recruitment policy or project reform, the old review materials can continue to be used (my application and examination were still in 2009, and this review material was not used in the two civil service examinations on 20 10). Of course, the new version is definitely better than the old version, because every time you pass the exam, the new review materials contain some new examples of this exam, which is conducive to review.
