Poly Building was officially established in 1992 as a Sino-foreign joint venture. It is a comprehensive four-star cultural business hotel integrating guest rooms, office buildings, theaters, catering, entertainment, and conference facilities. It is owned by Poly Property Management Managed by Hotel Management LLC. Located at the intersection of Ping'an Street and East Second Ring Road in Beijing, it is adjacent to the embassy area of ??various countries in China, Chaoyang Business District, Workers' Stadium and Workers' Stadium. It covers an area of ??18,500 square meters and a construction area of ??95,000 square meters. The overall building is shaped like a huge "Lusheng".
