How to operate the flying book exam

If a written test is required when recruiting a position, the recruitment administrator needs to add a written test stage (link) to the recruitment system first.

Operation path

1. Add written stage

On the settings page > click the add stage button under recruitment stage settings;

Under Select Phase Type, select the test type and complete setting the phase information.

2. Add a written test stage to the corresponding recruitment process.

Return to the settings page, select the recruitment process that needs to add the written test stage under the recruitment process settings, and click the Edit button.

Select the appropriate stage in the pop-up page to insert the written test link.

For batch operation, you can click Advanced Settings after any stage >; Batch operation settings, check the written test link in the pop-up window to determine the position of the written test link.
