Legal basis: Notice of Ministry of Agriculture, National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Finance on Replenishing 111 Enterprises as National Key Leading Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization, according to the Management Measures for Identification and Operation Monitoring of National Key Leading Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization (No.11 [21] of Agriculture Economic Development), dynamic management is implemented for national key leading enterprises, and monitoring and evaluation are carried out once every two years, so as to achieve equal replenishment.
