I. Scope of Recruitment
Zhoucun district's foreign education system officially recruits in-service teachers.
Second, the recruitment conditions
(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(6) Bachelor degree or above; Qualifications for professional and technical positions of teachers at level 2 or above; Public schools have 3 years or above teaching experience and passed the annual assessment over the years;
(seven) one of the following honorary titles:
1. Special teachers, academic leaders, teaching experts, etc. Approved by the administrative department of education at or above the district (county) level.
2. Outstanding teachers, outstanding educators, outstanding class teachers, backbone teachers and advanced individuals above the district (county) level.
3 district (county) level and above open classes, quality courses (including quality courses), teaching basic skills competitions and other winners, excellent instructors at or above the district level.
(eight) under the age of 35 (born after July 3 1984), the age of obtaining the title of special-grade teacher and teaching expert at or above the municipal level is relaxed to 40 (born after July 3 1979).
(nine) in any of the following circumstances, the applicant shall not participate in the application:
1. Being under review for violating the law and discipline;
2. Due to disciplinary action by the party and government, it is still in the influence period;
3. Having received criminal punishment and been expelled from public office;
4 in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions, the recruitment (employment) organ finds that there are serious violations of discipline and discipline and refuses to apply;
5. Candidates cannot apply for positions with relatives who should be avoided;
6. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Third, the recruitment plan and discipline

Four. Recruitment procedure
Recruitment is carried out according to online registration, on-site qualification examination, interview, inspection and physical examination, publicity and employment.
(1) Online Registration
1. Registration time: August 3, 2020, 8: 30 am-August 12, 5:00 pm.
2. The applicant downloads the relevant application materials, fills in the information, and sends the required materials to the designated mailbox by e-mail. Registered email address :zcqjtjzzrsk@zb.shandong.cn. Applicants must fill in the relevant contents truthfully, comprehensively and in detail, and submit the registration information according to the prescribed registration time (the deadline for registration is based on the time displayed in the mailbox) (each person is limited to 1 position). Anyone who cheats will be disqualified.
Online registration materials need to be confirmed by phone after being sent to the mailbox (confirmation phone number: 0533-7875 12 1).
3. Materials to be submitted for registration:
(1) Zibo zhoucun district 2020 Public Selection and Transfer Teacher Registration Form (see Annex 2);
(2) Zibo zhoucun district 2020 Public Selection and Transfer of Teachers' Integrity Commitment Letter (see Annex 3);
(3) the applicant's second-generation ID card (front and back);
(four) the applicant's teacher qualification certificate;
(5) The applicant's academic credentials (including the electronic registration filing form of the academic credentials of the Ministry of Education) (inquired and printed on China Higher Education Student Information Network (www.chsi.com.cn));
(6) The original certificate of honor of the applicant;
(7) My recent 1 inch bareheaded color photo (the same as the application form).
The above materials shall be made into PDF files in sequence, compressed and packaged together with the zhoucun district 2020 Public Selected Teachers' Information Form (see Annex 4) (PDF files are not needed) (both the registration documents and the email address are named "Subject Name") and then sent to the email address :zcqjtjzzrsk@zb.shandong.cn.
(2) Qualification examination
The competent recruitment department shall designate a special person to be responsible for the qualification examination, check the registration situation during the registration period, and conduct the preliminary qualification examination for the applicants according to the information submitted by the applicants.
After the registration, if the number of applicants is less than 1: 1, the recruitment plan of this discipline will be reduced accordingly, and it will be transferred to other disciplines according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the result of canceling the reduction will be published in the "Notice and Announcement" column of the website of zhoucun district Municipal People's Government.
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process, and the preliminary examination results are not the final basis for determining employment qualifications. If the on-site qualification examination is inconsistent with the preliminary examination results, the on-site qualification examination results shall prevail. In the follow-up work, if it is found that the personnel who have passed the examination do not meet the qualification for entering the examination or practise fraud, once verified, the examination and employment qualification will be cancelled immediately.
The time and place of on-site qualification examination will be notified separately.
Applicants who enter the scope of qualification examination fail to submit relevant materials according to the specified time and requirements, and are deemed to have given up. If the qualification examination fails, the interview qualification will be cancelled.
(3) Interview
The interview is conducted by lectures (mock lectures) and on-site defense. It mainly examines candidates' appearance, language expression ability, logical thinking ability, adaptability, ability to solve practical problems with knowledge and comprehensive quality. The interviewer is generally composed of seven people. The minimum qualified score for the interview is 70 points. The interview time, place and requirements will be notified separately.
If the interview score is above, the personnel who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the interview results from high score to low score, and published in the "Notice Announcement" column of the website of zhoucun district Municipal People's Government. When determining the scope of investigation and physical examination, if the same post has the same result, it will be determined by additional test.
Submit the annual assessment certificate (see Annex 5), approval certificate or dismissal certificate (see Annex 6) stamped by the unit and the education administrative department at or above the district (county) within 3 working days after the interview results are announced, otherwise it will be deemed as automatic waiver.
(4) Investigation and physical examination
During inspection and physical examination, the ratio of 1: 1 shall be implemented first. The inspection can take various forms to fully understand the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and other aspects of the inspected object, and to examine whether the candidates meet the job recruitment conditions and whether the relevant materials provided are true and accurate. The inspection must be realistic, objective and fair, and truthfully write written inspection opinions to the inspected object.
Physical examination is organized and implemented in general hospitals at or above the county level. The standards refer to the Physical Examination Standards for Teachers' Qualifications in Shandong Province and the Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.2065438140 issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Candidates did not attend the physical examination at the specified time and place. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it will not be conducted in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be conducted 1 time. The results are subject to the conclusion of the second interview.
Vacancies caused by unqualified physical examination and abstention shall be filled in equal amount according to interview results from high to low after examination and approval by the competent recruitment department.
(5) Publicity and employment
According to the results of interview, inspection and physical examination, the personnel to be hired are determined and publicized for 7 working days.
After the personnel to be hired have no objection, according to the interview results from high to low, and according to the post situation of zhoucun district school, the employers are selected in turn; If the interview results are the same, the employer shall be selected according to the test scores from high to low. Candidates who abstained or were disqualified in the publicity process can be selected within the scope of investigation and organized according to the prescribed procedures.
Those who pass the publicity period shall go through the employment formalities according to the regulations, sign an employment contract (minimum service life is 5 years), and establish personnel relations.
The newly hired personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and the probation period is 6 months. New recruits who pass the probation period will continue to be employed, and those who fail to pass the probation period will terminate the employment contract.
After the candidates are hired, they will participate in the competition for professional and technical positions in the corresponding units, and their salary will be determined according to the competitive positions.

Open selection of teachers is organized and implemented by zhoucun district Municipal Education and Sports Bureau. The whole recruitment process is supervised by discipline inspection and supervision departments, open recruitment departments and all sectors of society.
Candidates who believe that a specific administrative act in the recruitment process affects their legitimate rights and interests may apply for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of announcement of the specific administrative act, or bring an administrative lawsuit within 6 months.
Applicants should carefully read the recruitment announcement and attachments, and participate in the registration and inspection at the specified time; Keep communication smooth and effective. Open recruitment is carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of national, provincial and municipal documents and recruitment announcements. If any violation of discipline is found, the competent department of open recruitment will deal with it in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Provisions on Handling Violation of Public Recruitment of Institutions (Order No.35 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), and record the violation of discipline in the integrity file of candidates for public recruitment of institutions for a period of five years. Candidates who do not obey the normal work arrangement of the recruitment department, make trouble without reason, or disturb the normal recruitment order during the application process may be disqualified by the open recruitment agency.
