Foxconn recruitment problem

Before talking about Foxconn's experience, let me first introduce myself. I graduated from college in 29 and joined Xinzheng Foxconn in July 21 (Xinzheng factory had not been built at that time, so I had to go to Guanlan Foxconn first). I studied science and engineering in a 985 university in Xuzhou. Because I really couldn't learn any professional knowledge at the undergraduate level, I chose to graduate to find a job. I remember that at that time, I also took an examination of village officials in Suining County, Xuzhou. The examination of village officials was mainly aimed at the state's policy of encouraging university student village officials. At that time, the preferential policy was that university student village officials could be given priority in the examination of civil servants, and they could also apply for interest-free loans to start businesses during their employment, but I mainly took a fancy to loans to start businesses. After training with more than 7 village officials for a week (the hotels arranged by Xuzhou Organization Department were well served), they were arranged to go to towns and villages respectively. I was a village party secretary, but I didn't know the ideal fullness and the backbone of reality until I contacted the old village official. Because my hometown is Henan, I gave up the village official for various reasons, and then went to Mount Tai for fun.

when I came back, I got on the train going south and told my parents my decision. My mother gave me 15 yuan, and the remaining 3 yuan after I bought the ticket was 18 yuan. It costs money everywhere for a person to find a job in the south for the first time, so I can only save it. I slept in the square of Guangzhou Railway Station, Fuyong Bus Station, and I lived in 8 people after arriving at Luohu, Shenzhen. Although I only eat two steamed buns at noon, a bowl of noodles in the afternoon, and water and tap water (it's not so bad when I have to freeze it in the refrigerator), I still spend almost all my money on my body. Fortunately, I finally recruited 1,8 technicians in the R&D department of a company in Fuyong, managed to eat and live, and moved more than 5 inches of TV all day. I felt that I could not learn anything and resolutely resigned and returned to my hometown after half a year.

During the period from p>212 to 213, I had an accident at home. I left Foxconn and stayed at home for half a year. After half a year, I went to Zhengzhou to look for a job, but I never found a suitable one. During this period, I told my family and friends that I had found a job. After half a year, I gradually felt inferior to being autistic. Finally, I spent all my savings and was on the verge of suicide. Finally, I worked in a logistics company to survive. I finally felt that learning was useless, so I voted for Foxconn's resume and came to a second palace.

Having said all this, I just want to let you know that it's a big taboo for college students to be too smart. Finding a job is the same as recruiting a daughter-in-law. If your ability is not high and you jump around, being picky may eventually hurt yourself and make you stand still. It's certainly good to ride a donkey and find a horse and keep charging and progress to a higher platform. But when survival is a problem, entrepreneurship, career, dignity and face are all bullshit. When I didn't graduate, I looked down on this kind of foundry and couldn't get into Foxconn. The fact is that it's not bad to have enough food and clothing after I came in. At least I don't have to work as a porter, and I don't have to be driven out like a dog when I want to sell credit cards to sweep the street.

I want to write down what I have seen and heard in Foxconn for five years. The main purpose is to tell my friends who want to go or are working in Foxconn or other similar factory enterprises some experiences. I have seen too many abductions and free falls in Xinzheng Foxconn in five years, so I want to tell them so that you can know more, be cheated less and take less detours.
