The Development Course of Hebei Changan Shengli Automobile Co., Ltd.

1976 implements "military conversion" and develops "Shengli" brand light passenger cars.

Since 1983, it has successively merged six military enterprises and institutions including "five factories and one hospital" in Hebei Province.

1987, the whole enterprise "led the factory out of the mountain" to Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, and changed its name to Hebei Shengli Bus Factory. 1997 was restructured into Hebei Shengli group co., ltd.

1998 12 after the operation of Hebei provincial government and the former ordnance industry corporation, they joined Changan Group by means of asset transfer and became a holding subsidiary of Changan Group (Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd. holds 70% of the shares), and the enterprise was renamed as "Hebei Changan Shengli Automobile Co., Ltd.".

On September 10, 2004, Changsheng Company was included in the official bankruptcy plan of the country. In February 2005, Baoding Intermediate People's Court formally ruled that Changsheng Company went bankrupt, and in March 2006, Baoding Intermediate People's Court ruled that the bankruptcy law ended.

During the bankruptcy of Changsheng Company, in September 2005, Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd. invested 30 million yuan to re-establish Baoding Changan Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Dingzhou, and acquired the bankruptcy assets of Changsheng Company in June 2005 to recruit some key employees of the original Changsheng Company.
