Where is the permanent meeting place of the World Ancient Capital Forum?

After many agreements between China and foreign countries, Luoyang was confirmed as the permanent venue of the World Ancient Capital Forum.

The four ancient civilizations in the world refer to Rome, Athens, Cairo and China Xi.
