Craftsman Carving Wax: The jeweler carves the wax plate by hand according to the design drawing, and then pours out the silver plate by lost wax casting, while mass production of wax plate requires pressing the rubber mold with the silver plate. This is the most demanding process in jewelry making. The silver plate must be clean and flawless, the structure of each part is reasonable, and the position and size of the inlaid gems are accurate.

3. Plastic mold wax injection: after the plastic mold is opened, wax injection is carried out. The wax in the wax injection machine should be kept at 70-75 degrees, the wax liquid should be injected into the adhesive film, cooled, and the wax patterns should be taken out, and repeated in turn to obtain a plurality of wax patterns.

4. Selection of matching stones: According to the silver plate and wax type, choose matching stones with appropriate size, shape and color.

5. Finally complete the wax mold: in this way, the jewelry mold is formed.
