1. Driver recruitment

2. Driver salary

3. Vehicle dispatch and management

1. The administrative department is responsible for dispatching and dispatching of agency motor vehicles. In special circumstances, the general manager of the company will dispatch them. If company leaders need a car urgently, they can directly notify the driver to dispatch the car. If the company leader directly arranges the use of a vehicle, the driver must explain the vehicle's whereabouts to the company administration department before leaving or when arriving at the destination.

2. Company leaders and department managers can apply for cars when going on business trips or receiving receptions, but general staff are not allowed to apply for cars. For work vehicles that meet the scope of vehicle use, the user must submit an application and the administrative department will issue a "Dingcheng Company Vehicle Dispatch Order" before the vehicle can be dispatched. 3. "Dingcheng Company Vehicle Dispatch Form" is the basis for assessing driver workload and reimbursing travel expenses, fuel expenses, road and bridge tolls, and parking fees. The passenger signs the "Dingcheng Company Vehicle Dispatch Form" after using the vehicle.

4. Drivers are not allowed to borrow or use a car without permission. The vehicle must be parked at a designated location when there is no driving mission. 5. If the driver asks for leave or vacation, he should hand over the car key to the administration department for safekeeping.

IV. Fuel Management

1. Vehicle fuel consumption shall be subject to a system of "unified management, fixed-point refueling, vehicle-by-vehicle accounting, and regular announcement". Refueling without permission will not be reimbursed.

3. 8. Vehicle safety management and accident handling

2. Strictly abide by vehicle operating regulations. Drivers are strictly prohibited from driving under the influence of alcohol, and drivers are not allowed to drive when they are overtired or suffering from illness.

3. Carry out vehicle maintenance at ordinary times, and it is strictly forbidden to drive out of the vehicle with a fault.

4. Drivers must bring all relevant licenses when driving.

5. Garages and vehicles must be equipped with effective fire protection equipment as required.

6. Any accident occurring under any circumstances must be reported to the company's administrative department immediately. And immediately notify the traffic police department and insurance companies, and actively cooperate with the traffic police and insurance companies to handle the matter.

7. The driver's responsibilities in traffic accidents are divided into full responsibility, primary responsibility, equal responsibility, secondary responsibility and no responsibility based on the traffic police's judgment.

8. According to the degree of responsibility determined by the traffic police department, the driver shall bear compensation liability for the traffic accident. The compensation ratio is as follows:
