1. Introduction to the unit

China National Institute of Standardization is a public institution directly under the State Administration for Market Regulation. The main responsibilities are: responsible for research on standardization development strategies, basic theories, methods and standard systems; responsible for standardization research, standard preparation and publicity in related fields; responsible for scientific experiments, verification, test evaluation, development and transformation of scientific and technological achievements of standards in related fields; Responsible for the theoretical research and application of evaluation of standardization policies, technical organizations, and projects; responsible for the construction of standardization literature information resource database, standard information services and promotion applications; responsible for the secretariat work of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee and Sub-Technical Committees in related fields; responsible for the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration Committee) Technical support for related functions, including my country's defective product recall management, national standards assessment, national industrial product and food production license review, etc.

2. Recruitment Position Information Table

The Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was established on March 1, 1985. It is an institute dedicated to the research and development of computer science theory and software high-tech. A comprehensive base-type research institute (for details, please check the website of the Institute of Software). Due to work needs, we are now recruiting 3 people for management positions.

Position 1: Comprehensive Secretary (position employment, 1 person)

Position responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the receipt and circulation of documents, approval forms and other materials submitted to leaders;

2. Collect relevant information for leadership decision-making;

3. Provide various assistance to leaders in their daily work;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Applying conditions:

1. Master's degree or above;

2. Proficient in using various commonly used office software;

3. Have teamwork spirit, strong organizational coordination ability and ability to handle comprehensive affairs. Work conscientiously and meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility;

4. Good health, member of the Communist Party of China, 35 years old and below, registered permanent residence in Beijing.

Position 2: Information Publicity Supervisor (project employment, 1 person)

Position responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning and organization of the institute’s publicity and science popularization work;

2. Responsible for reporting scientific research results and liaison with news media;

3. Responsible for maintaining the content of the institute's homepage, compiling publicity articles, collecting, editing and submitting government information;

4. Responsible for the organization, filming, reporting and archiving of important meetings and events;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Applying conditions:

1. Master's degree or above;

2. Have strong sensitivity to news and publicity work, have high writing skills, and those with relevant work experience will be given priority;

　3. Applicants with media work experience are preferred;

4. Proficient in using various commonly used office software, image and video processing software, and proficient in using cameras, video cameras and other tools and equipment;

5. Have teamwork spirit, certain organizational coordination ability and ability to handle comprehensive affairs. Work conscientiously and meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility;

Position 3: Housing Asset Manager (project hire, 1 person)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management of scientific research buildings and staff buildings throughout the institute;

2. Responsible for the assessment, apportionment and collection of expenses related to scientific research housing and staff housing;

3. Responsible for other matters related to housing assets;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Applicants who are familiar with relevant policies and systems and have experience in housing asset management will be given priority;

3. Proficient in using various commonly used office software;

4. Have teamwork spirit, certain organizational coordination ability and ability to handle comprehensive affairs. Work conscientiously and meticulously, with a strong sense of responsibility;

5. Good health, 35 years old and below, registered permanent residence in Beijing.
