1. Basic recruitment conditions

3. Recruitment methods and procedures

(2) Qualification review

(4) Assessment and physical examination

(5) Recruitment

For candidates who pass the assessment and pass the physical examination, the school will announce the candidates on the school website for 7 working days. 4. Treatment for introduced talents

(1) For introduced doctoral students, the school will provide a settlement allowance of 50,000 yuan to purchase a house of more than 80 square meters arranged by the school; according to the scientific research application Depending on the project, a scientific research start-up fee of RMB 40,000 to RMB 100,000 will be provided, and a special allowance within five years of RMB 20,000 will be provided based on the subject, major and personal academic level (excluding salary, teaching, scientific research project awards, etc.).

5. Length of service

Generally, PhDs hired have worked in our school for more than 5 years and signed an agreement.
