Is Jinan Pot Inspection Institute a public institution?

It is a public institution, directly under the Jinan Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. Now the pot inspection institute has been renamed the Special Equipment Inspection Institute (referred to as the Special Inspection Institute). Not only inspecting boilers, but also elevators.
