Lu Jin Airlines Co., Ltd. is a public air transport enterprise under HNA Group, the fourth largest aviation group in China. It is the third airline with Capital International Airport as its main operating base after China International Airlines and Xinhua Airlines. Jin Lu Airlines focuses on international and domestic business travel charter business, and is the earliest and only professional travel charter operator in China.

At present, Jin Lu Airlines has 18 brand-new Airbus A3 19 aircraft. In the next few years, Jin Lu Airlines plans to introduce about 30 Airbus series aircraft one after another. According to the needs of the company's development, we are now recruiting college flight students nationwide.

First, the recruitment conditions

1, male, under 25 years old (inclusive), full-time undergraduate degree or above (including fresh graduates in 2009) in national unified universities, major is not limited, and science and engineering are preferred.

2. Holding (or obtaining upon graduation) a certificate of passing CET-4, with a score above 425, or reaching IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 580, and having good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; This condition can be relaxed when the foreign university diploma (taught in English) is recognized by the Ministry of Education.

3. Good health and well-proportioned. Height 170- 188 CM, monocular naked eye visual acuity C chart 0.5 or above, no history of vision correction surgery. No history of strabismus, color blindness, color weakness, bromhidrosis, stuttering, infectious diseases, mental illness or epilepsy.

4, support the party's line, principles and policies, adhere to the four cardinal principles, love China * * *, love the people, love the motherland, ideological progress, clean history, decent style, loyalty and honesty, good moral quality, law-abiding.

6. The political review shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of CAAC on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Civil Aviation Background Investigation (CAAC [2007] 1 17).

7. Physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of the General Administration of Civil Aviation on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for Physical Examination and Appraisal of Civil Aviation Recruiting Flight Students (No.37 [2007] of the General Administration of Civil Aviation).

8. The applicant's self-test standard:

Height is above 170cm (inclusive). Weight (kg) = [height (cm)-1 10][ height (cm)-1 10] × 10%.

No bone and joint diseases or deformities; No "O" or "X" legs;

No long-term incurable dermatoses, such as tinea capitis, eczema, psoriasis, chronic urticaria, etc. ;

No motion sickness and seasickness; No ear pus, poor hearing, often tinnitus symptoms;

No chronic gastrointestinal diseases; No history of infectious diseases, mental illness and family history of epilepsy;

Do not stutter, articulate and pronounce accurately; No nephritis or hematuria or proteinuria; No tuberculosis; No hepatitis or hepatosplenomegaly, no HbsAg positive.

Second, the recruitment process

Campus presentation-registration, resume screening-initial examination-written examination (English test, logical reasoning)-comprehensive re-examination-physical examination of aircrew (including on-site physical examination and auxiliary physical examination)-background investigation-application for approval-signing employment agreement and additional agreement-pre-employment physical examination-registration formalities.

Candidates who pass the physical examination and background investigation shall sign employment agreement and supplementary agreement with the company, attend the physical examination in the company, go through the registration formalities and sign a labor contract after passing the examination, and be managed according to the Measures for the Administration of Flight Students of Lu Jin Airlines.

Third, the registration method

1. 2. 3. Interview requirements: Bring my ID card, diploma, degree certificate, English grade certificate (or report card) and its copy, award-winning certificate, professional title certificate and other originals and copies (fresh graduates also need to bring my student ID card or employment recommendation form). V. Open training

1. Jin Lu Airlines arranges the hired personnel to receive flight technical training in flight training institutions at home and abroad, and signs a special training agreement with the company before sending the training.

2. During the whole flight technical training period (about 1 year and a half to two years), the training expenses shall be borne by the company, and the wages and other welfare benefits shall be implemented according to the Management Measures for Wages and Welfare Benefits of Flight Trainees.

2. Those who pass the interview will go to Beijing for physical examination and auxiliary physical examination. The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the company, and the accommodation and transportation expenses shall be borne by the candidates.

3.
