I. Job description

Community workers refer to people who enter community party organizations and community neighborhood committees to engage in community management and service through open recruitment procedures, are elected by community party organizations or community neighborhood committees, and sign service agreements with neighborhood offices.

Open recruitment of 25 party workers of community party organizations and 35 staff of community neighborhood committees for the society.

Third, the recruitment conditions

(a) seriously publicize and implement the party's line, principles and policies, abide by national laws and regulations, have a firm political belief, a high political quality and a strong sense of responsibility;

(two) love community work, have a certain ability of organization and coordination and business knowledge, and be able to operate computers skillfully;

(3) Good conduct, good health, age 18 or above, community neighborhood committee staff under 40 years old (born after1978 May/0), community party workers under 45 years old (born after1973 May/0);

(4) Persons with qualifications of political engineer, assistant political engineer, social worker and assistant social worker who apply for the post of community neighborhood committee staff may be appropriately relaxed to below 45 years of age (1born after May 973 10), and priority will be given to admission under the same conditions. Those who apply for party affairs jobs in community party organizations can be appropriately relaxed to below 48 years old (1born after May 1970 10), and priority will be given to admission under the same conditions;

(1) Announcement, on-site registration and qualification examination

The applicant shall present the following materials to the site for registration and qualification examination:

(2) Written examination and interview

The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview. Proposition, marking and interview are entrusted to a third-party professional organization, which is organized and implemented by the sub-district office.

Candidates with written test scores (total score 100) above 60 can enter the interview, and the list of interviewers is determined according to the proportion of no more than 2 times the number of candidates to be hired; Only those whose comprehensive score (written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%) reaches 60 points (inclusive) can participate in the comprehensive ranking, and the list of persons to be hired is determined according to the ratio of no higher than 1: 1. (3) Physical examination and inspection

The physical examination of the personnel to be hired shall be organized by the street in a unified way, and the physical examination items and standards shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected by the street organization inspection team to the unit where the proposed employee is located, focusing on the political quality, moral conduct, work style, work ability and work performance of the proposed employee.

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination or inspection or automatic abandonment, it will be re-recorded according to the comprehensive score ranking.

(4) Publicity and employment

Eligible candidates will be publicized in Gongzhao.com for 7 days. After publicity without objection, the street will arrange to enter the community work post for three months. During the probation period, the living allowance will be paid according to the relevant policies and regulations of the city and district on the treatment of community workers. Those who pass the trial will go through the relevant employment procedures and be included in the management of community workers. If the person to be employed is a staff member of the community neighborhood committee, the election procedure of the community neighborhood committee shall be performed, and the election shall be conducted in accordance with the Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Residents Committee and the relevant provisions of the city and district. If the probation period is unqualified or the community democratic election fails, it will not be hired.
