The following materials are required to apply for the second-level construction engineer:

First-time applicants need to submit the following materials:

(1) Applicants need to submit the documents generated by the online registration system A copy of the "Examination Registration Form".

(2) The original and one copy each of the applicant’s ID card, academic certificate, qualification certificate and professional title certificate (the original will be returned after review and verification).

(3) Those who meet the conditions for exempted subjects must have one certificate of exempted subjects issued by their work unit.

(4) The copies of the certificates and relevant certification materials provided by the applicants must be stamped with the official seal of the work unit to prove that they are the same as the originals to be valid.
