Monitor and analyze the operation status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the county, and formulate and implement the expected control objectives and measures for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; Organize and guide small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out economic and technological exchanges at home and abroad, guide small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign trade, build export bases and declare their right to operate self-operated exports.

4. Establish and promote a socialized service system with credit guarantee, technical support, management consultation, information service, entrepreneurship guidance, personnel training and exchange as the main contents.
