Sichuan Intellectual Property Office has internal organs.

According to the above main responsibilities, the Intellectual Property Office of Sichuan Province has seven internal organs:

(1) office. To be responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of the working system of literature, electricity, meetings and organs; Responsible for comprehensive coordination, drafting of important documents, openness of government affairs, office automation, supervision, government information, performance appraisal, confidential files, security, letters and visits and emergency management; Undertake finance, audit, fixed assets management and logistics support.

(2) Protection Coordination Office (Policy and Regulation Office). Drafting draft local laws, regulations and policies on patent work; To undertake the organization, coordination, supervision and guidance of intellectual property (patent) management according to law; Organize and carry out major policy research on intellectual property rights, and undertake the formulation and implementation of the province's intellectual property strategy promotion plan; Organizing and coordinating foreign-related intellectual property affairs in the province; Organize and coordinate the work related to intellectual property rights in the circulation field and exhibitions in the province, and coordinate and supervise major intellectual property infringement cases; Organize the establishment of a special review system for intellectual property rights in major economic activities to promote the development of related work; Organize the release of the status of intellectual property protection in the province; To undertake administrative law enforcement supervision and administrative reconsideration; To undertake the specific work of the office of the provincial leading group for intellectual property work.

(3) Planning and Development Office. To study and formulate the development plan of patent work; Responsible for guiding and promoting the development of intellectual property rights (patents) in the province; Responsible for the management of special funds for the promotion of patent implementation at the provincial level; Undertake patent statistical analysis.

(4) Patent Enforcement Office. To study and formulate policies and measures to promote patent implementation and industrialization; Guide the implementation and industrialization of patents, and organize the industrial development and application of major patent projects; Coordinate the development of patent assets evaluation, patent pledge financing consulting and services; Construction and management of patent exhibition trading platform, organization of patent exhibition trading, docking of supply and demand of patent projects, patent selection and reward, etc. ; Statistical analysis of the benefits of patent implementation; To undertake the work of patent license transfer and patent contract filing; Guide the intellectual property work of import and export trade.

(5) Office of Legal Affairs. Responsible for patent administrative law enforcement in the province; Mediation of patent disputes according to law, investigation and punishment of patent counterfeiting, and assistance in patent rights protection; Guide enterprises, institutions and trade associations to deal with all kinds of intellectual property disputes, and guide and help to carry out patent early warning and foreign-related response; Undertake relevant administrative litigation, patent administrative law enforcement personnel training and other work.

(6) Patent Management Office. Responsible for the management and supervision of patent agencies in the province, and formulate policies and measures for the construction and development of patent agency service system; Responsible for the construction of public service system of patent information; To undertake provincial patent application funding and guide the city (state) and county patent application funding.

(7) Publicity and Education Department (International Cooperation Department). To organize publicity and training on intellectual property (patent) laws, regulations and policies; Organize and coordinate activities related to social participation in intellectual property publicity; Organize and carry out international cooperation and exchange activities on patent work in the whole province.

Party Committee (Personnel Department). Responsible for the organization, personnel and retirees management services of organs and directly affiliated units; Responsible for the party building and discipline inspection and supervision of organs and directly affiliated units, and leading the work of workers, young people and women of organs and directly affiliated units.
