Salaries of aviation safety officers

The basic salary of air safety officer shall be based on the local fixed base. However, the main income of air safety officers comes from flight subsidies, which vary from airline to airline, generally around 65 yuan/hour, and there are other kinds of subsidies. Generally, a month's salary plus various subsidies can get about 8000 yuan (charged by flight hours).

The working years of air safety officers are generally based on the physical condition of the safety officers. If they are healthy, they can fly to 50 and retire. If they are not fit to fly, they can apply for ground handling, but there is no flight hour fee. The basic salary will be calculated according to the ground crew, and the total income will be much lower than before.
