The school has 22 colleges and 70 undergraduate majors, covering 11 disciplines including literature, history, agriculture, science, engineering, medicine, etc., including 4 first-class professional construction sites and first-class majors in Shanxi Province 16 construction points. According to work needs, the school openly recruits 100 doctoral students from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment positions and quantity
Shanxi Datong The university will openly recruit 100 doctoral students in 2022, all of which will be professional and technical positions. II. Recruitment Targets
Domestic and foreign doctoral graduates who have obtained a doctoral degree and meet the recruitment conditions and specific requirements of the position.
3. Recruitment conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and be at least 18 years old.
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China.
(3) Have good conduct.
(4) Have the physical and psychological conditions to perform duties normally.
(5) Have the academic qualifications, degrees and professional or skill requirements required for the position (2022 graduates must obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates before December 31, 2022).
(6) The age of doctoral candidates is generally not more than 40 years old (born after July 4, 1981). The age of particularly outstanding doctoral candidates can be relaxed to 45 years old (born after July 4, 1976). .
Main circumstances under which you are not allowed to apply for a job:
1. Active military personnel and current non-fresh graduates cannot apply;
2. Those who have received criminal punishment for crimes, have been expelled from the Communist Party of China and public offices; those who are during the review period or who have not been relieved of party discipline or political discipline cannot apply;
3. Personnel who are found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of examination and recruitment disciplines during the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and recruitment by public institutions will not be able to apply;
4. Civil servants within the probationary period (referring to the Civil Servant Law to manage public institution staff) and public institution staff within the probationary period cannot apply;
5. Those who are recruited as staff of public institutions and have service length requirements and the service period has not expired shall not apply;

IV. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration
1. Registration period: July to December 2022.
2. The unified requirement for the title format of an applicant's email is: Applicant college/research institution + name + major + academic qualifications + name of the graduate school.
3. Registration submission materials:
(1) "Shanxi Datong University 2022 Open Recruitment Registration Form for Doctoral Students" (Attachment 2) electronic version. The majors filled in the registration form should be the same as those of the applicant who has graduated from college. The majors listed on the certificate are consistent.
(2) Scanned copy of personal ID card.
(3) Scanned copies of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees and degree certificates. 2022 graduates who have not yet obtained academic degree certificates must provide scanned copies of proof of enrollment (including enrollment date, graduation date, major studied, etc.), personal self-recommendation materials, major scientific research achievements, award certificates, etc.
(4) Overseas students must provide a scanned copy of the overseas (overseas) academic degree certificate issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and the transcript of the doctoral level course.
(2) Qualification review
The school’s open recruitment leadership group office organizes a preliminary qualification review of the applicant’s conditions, mainly reviewing the age, education, degree, major, and school of graduation of the applicant , academic achievements and other information. Applicants who meet the recruitment requirements after the preliminary qualification review will be notified by the school of the time, location and other information for the qualification review and assessment.
(3) Assessment
The school’s open recruitment leadership group organizes an expert group of no less than 5 people to evaluate the ideological and moral quality, physical and psychological quality, academic ethics and integrity of the candidates, Teaching and research capabilities and development potential will be assessed.
The assessment results shall be kept to two decimal places (rounded), and the school's open recruitment leadership group will determine the personnel for physical examination and inspection based on the assessment results.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
1. The physical examination and inspection will be organized and implemented by Shanxi Datong University, and the physical examination expenses will be borne by the students themselves.
2. The physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the "Shanxi Province Physical Examination Standards and Methods for Personnel Applying for Teacher Qualifications (Revised)". Physical examinations should be conducted at comprehensive hospitals at or above the county level that have physical examination qualifications. If the physical examination conclusion is unsatisfactory and requires reexamination, the applicant should submit an application within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the physical examination conclusion, and arrangements should be made for reexamination at another hospital at the same or higher level with physical examination qualifications. If the school, the applicants who participated in the physical examination, and their families still have doubts about the re-examination results, the hospital responsible for the re-examination should organize relevant experts to conduct consultations and make a final conclusion. For those who cannot complete all physical examination items due to pregnancy, relevant national policies will be followed. Those who fail to take the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up their qualifications.
3. Strengthen the inspection process and strictly control. The inspection should be in-depth and meticulous, with a comprehensive understanding of the object being inspected to prevent oversight and distortion. The school has set up an inspection team to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the proposed candidates. The content of the inspection mainly includes the applicant's political ideology, moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, awareness of self-discipline, ability and quality, work attitude, study and work performance, and situations that need to be avoided, etc., and the authenticity and files of the application information provided by the applicant will be checked. Review or audit. Domestic fresh graduates mainly examine the applicant's study status during school, daily ideological and political performance, etc. For other personnel, the police station or community or village committee where the registered permanent residence is located shall issue proof of their compliance with laws and regulations, ideological and political performance, etc.
Those who fail the physical examination and inspection shall not be employed.
(5) Announcement and Recruitment
Based on the results of the physical examination and inspection, the school’s talent work leading group will determine the list of candidates to be recruited, and the list will be published on the school website for 7 working days. The contents of the announcement of proposed personnel include: recruitment position, recruitment quantity, recruitment major, name, gender, date of birth, graduation school, major studied, academic qualifications (degree), assessment results, ranking and other information.
If there is no objection after the public announcement period, the relevant employment procedures will be handled in accordance with regulations. If problems affecting employment are reported and verified, the employee will not be hired; if the problems reported are difficult to verify at the moment, a decision on whether to hire will be made after the problems are clarified.
The legal representative of the public institution signs an employment contract with the employee and handles the employment procedures for the employee. A probation period system is implemented for employed personnel. If the probation period fails, the employment relationship will be terminated.
5. Strict recruitment discipline
