There are subsidies. Dongtai Huanghai Mingzhu Talent Program subsidy has been opened for application. For college graduates, living allowance will be given within three years, including 3,500/month for doctoral students, 2,500/month for master students and 0/500/month for undergraduate students (the subsidy standard will rise by 20% when enterprises in coastal economic zones are employed).
