How to command the crane correctly?

Crane command gesture as shown in the figure below:

General gesture signals for ascension:

(1) Preparation (Note): Keep your arms straight above your head, fingers open naturally and palms forward.

(2) Main hook: naturally raise your fist with one hand, put it on your head and touch your head.

(3) Secondary hook: One hand holds the fist, the forearm does not move upward, the other hand extends outward, and the palm lightly touches the elbow joint of the previous hand.

(4) Hook-lifting: the forearm is straight to the upper side, and the five fingers naturally extend, higher than the shoulders and rotate around the wrist.

(5) Hook descent: the arm extends forward and downward, with an included angle of about 30 with the body, and the five fingers naturally extend and rotate around the wrist.

(6) Horizontal movement of the hook: the forearm is straight to the upper side, the palms of the five fingers are closed outward, and the hook swings downward to shoulder level in the direction where the load should run.

(7) Hooking hands slightly: the forearm extends forward and upward, the palm is higher than the shoulder, and the wrist is used as the axis, and the palm swings upward repeatedly.
