maintain

Necessity of crane maintenance;

Good maintenance is not only directly related to the use safety of hoisting machinery, but also determines whether hoisting machinery and equipment can maintain its subsequent vitality and prolong its service life, thus creating more economic benefits. During the long-term use of cranes, due to vibration, friction and other factors, some parts and connectors will inevitably become loose, corroded, aged and damaged.

In order to prolong the service life of cranes, reduce the failure rate of equipment and reduce and eliminate potential safety hazards, it is very necessary and important to carry out regular maintenance of cranes. Only by regularly inspecting and maintaining the crane, lubricating the parts that need to be lubricated, fastening the parts that need to be fastened, and repairing and replacing the wearing parts, can the hidden dangers of equipment be eliminated in time, the accident rate be reduced, the crane operation be safer and better economic benefits be created.

As a crane user, in addition to requiring the operators to strictly abide by the technical specifications and safety operation procedures of relevant special equipment, they should also attach great importance to its maintenance. While the equipment creates economic benefits for production, they should also invest some funds in the maintenance and repair of crane equipment to better ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
