Brief introduction of Shanxi personnel examination network

Shanxi Personnel Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established in 1994 and 12, and it is a public institution directly under the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shanxi Province, with 25 staff members. The center consists of six departments: comprehensive department, examination department, civil service examination and talent evaluation department, research and development department, technology department and certificate management department.

Since its establishment, under the correct leadership of the leading bodies of previous ministries, under the careful guidance of the Personnel Examination Center of the Ministry, and with the strong support from all walks of life, the Center has thoroughly implemented Scientific Outlook on Development under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, adhered to the working purpose of "being scientific, fair, efficient, honest, United, diligent, pragmatic and innovative", and worked hard with the personnel examination institutions of all cities in the province to be pragmatic and innovative. In the field of personnel examination and talent evaluation, it has achieved fruitful results, provided scientific and fair talent evaluation support for the province's economic and social development, won the general recognition of the broad masses of the people, and was fully affirmed by leading departments at all levels. Up to now, the center has been rated as an excellent unit in the national personnel examination for nine consecutive years, and has been rated as a model of provincial civilized and harmonious units for twelve consecutive years, and has successively won many honorary titles such as advanced collective in the provincial personnel system, advanced unit in the evaluation of teachers' morality, and advanced grassroots party organizations. At the end of 2005, the center was rated as the only unit in the national personnel examination system that was rated as the advanced collective of the national personnel system.
