Development course of Shandong Jiaguan Oil Chemical Co., Ltd.

Shandong Jiaguan Oil Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaguan Oil" or "Enterprise") is a joint-stock private enterprise established in October 1997 on the basis of the original Jiaxiang State-owned Oil Chemical Plant.

The predecessor of Jiaguan Grease "Jiaxiang County Fertilizer Plant" was a state-owned enterprise established in 1971 according to the approval of Jiaxiang County Government in Shandong Province. In 1983, according to the approval of Jiaxiang county government, it was agreed to transform from chemical fertilizer plant to Jiaxiang county grease chemical plant;

in 1997, according to the reply of Jia Tigai [1997] No.7 of Jiaxiang county government, it was restructured and renamed as Jiaguan Oil Chemical Co., Ltd. Jiaguan Grease registered as an enterprise legal person in Jiaxiang County Administration for Industry and Commerce in Shandong Province in 1997. The name is "Jiaxiang Jiaguan Grease Chemical Co., Ltd." with a registered capital of RMB 56 million. In 1997, the plastic factory of Jiaxiang Jiaguan Oil Chemical Co., Ltd. was established.

In p>27, Jiayuan Bean Industry Co., Ltd. was wholly established. In 29, Jiayuan Bean Industry Co., Ltd. was renamed as Shandong Jiayuan Grain and Oil Co., Ltd.
