1. Introduction plan

II. Registration conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and abide by the Constitution and laws;
(2) Have good conduct and professional ethics, outstanding professional skills, and the ability to adapt to job requirements;

3. Introduction Procedures
(1) Announcement

(2) Registration and preliminary qualification review
1. Registration time: Registration starts at 9:00 on December 27, 2021, and the registration deadline is December 31, 2021 17 :30.
2. Registration method: Registration is carried out online. (3) Examination and Qualification Review
1. Examination
The talents introduced this time will be conducted in the form of professional ability test + interview. The full score of the professional ability test is 100. points, the minimum qualifying score is 60 points. After the professional ability test is completed, the applicant's ability test results will be announced on the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Commerce Bureau. Among the applicants whose professional ability test scores reach the minimum passing score of 60 points or more, the total written test score of the applicant for each position will be ranked from high to high. Those who enter the qualification review scope are determined in the lowest order and in a ratio of 3:1.
2. Qualification review
The qualification review work is completed by the Talent Introduction Leading Group Office of the Municipal Commerce Bureau. The Municipal Commerce Bureau will notify the qualification review by phone within 3 working days after the end of the examination. Personnel within the qualification review scope shall bring the following materials to the Municipal Commerce Bureau (Room 801, Building B, Ordos Party and Government Building) within the designated time for qualification review. Materials required for qualification review:
(1) Original and 1 copy of the second-generation ID card;
(2) Undergraduate and postgraduate diplomas, 1 original and a copy of the degree certificate and academic verification report;
(3) Returned students from abroad must provide the original and 1 copy of the "Foreign Academic Degree Certification" issued by the Service Center for Overseas Students of the Ministry of Education .
The qualification review focuses on checking whether the information filled in by the applicant is true and accurate and whether it meets the corresponding qualifications for the position applied for. Anyone who does not meet the application requirements, fills in personal information that is inconsistent with the certificates they hold, conceals important information or provides false certification materials, if the circumstances are serious, will be disqualified from the interview.
If the 3:1 ratio cannot be reached after qualification review and replacement, the actual number of candidates will be used to determine the candidates for the interview.
3. Interview and total score calculation
The interview is conducted according to the structured interview method, with a full score of 100 points. It mainly tests professionalism, language expression ability, image and demeanor, etc. The interview results will be announced on the spot. Those who fail to attend the interview as scheduled will be deemed to have automatically given up their talent introduction qualifications.
The total score of the applicant's examination = professional ability test × 50% + interview score × 50%. The test score shall be retained to two decimal places. The total examination scores of the applicants will be announced on the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Commerce Bureau. According to the total examination scores, the candidates who will enter the physical examination scope will be determined in equal numbers. The time and location of the physical examination will be notified separately.
The qualification review of the talents to be introduced runs through the entire introduction process. If the conditions are found to be inconsistent or fraudulent at any stage or after recruitment, the qualifications will be disqualified and all responsibilities shall be borne by the applicants themselves.
(4) Inspection and physical examination
Based on the interview results, the candidates for the inspection will be determined in equal amounts according to their performance rankings.
